Who are we?

James "Rus" Russell, III - Life Coach

Healthcare is not a "one size fits all" model and your mental health is no exception to this. In order to ensure that our clients have access to the best options available, we maintain an extensive network of health professionals that range from other M.S.'s, PhD's, M.D.'s, LCSW's, and many more. Your privacy and well-being are of paramount importance and no information will be shared without your express written consent.

Knowing that you don't know what to ask or where to start is perfectly normal and we're here to help. Please feel free to contact us by phone or email and we'll be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

MOST DISCUSSED

I am a father of three, entrepreneur, musician, artist, business owner, and Senior student of Philosophy and Religious Studies at UCA. I work with clients in a relaxed setting to help analyze and organize the issues they are facing in life so that they can set up clear, established goals and plans. My role is to provide a sound, objective voice that assists clients in learning how to solve their problems rather than having them solved. Other areas of specialization include logic/critical thinking, epistemology (how we know), and ontology (the nature of being).
